Since we haven't been out on the water all summer, we decided to join my parents out on the Chesapeake Bay on Sunday afternoon. It was Piper Jayne's first adventure on the water and she did surprisingly well. Especially considering the 95 degree heat, ridiculous humidity, too big for her life vest, and the HUGE thunder and lightening storm that hit in the middle of our trip! All in all, we had a great day on the water but despite that, Matt and I have agreed once again that we'll never own a boat - we'll just continue borrowing my famlies boats!
